Caron Cramer is our youth and young adult ministries director. She is a certified health and physical education teacher and has her coaching certificate. Caron has taught and coached field hockey and lacrosse at Widener University, Unionville High School, and is currently teaching 3 year olds at a Christian preschool.

Two of her favorite scriptures are Proverbs 3:5-6 and Philippians 4:13. Her favorite musical artists, when feeling mellow is “Selah,” and when it is time for rockin’, it is “The David Crowder Band.”

She then became the Director of Student and Children’s Ministry at the Pleasant Ridge Christian Church in Greensboro, North Carolina. Her interests include the theatre, outdoor activities, and music.
She has returned to her home state to begin work as a graduate student at Palmer Seminary and as BCWC’s new Director of Children and Family Ministries.
Ryan and Emily Jeffries, Directors of the Worship Team
Born and raised in Wyoming, Delaware, Emily Jeffries grew up singing and dancing. In high school, she was part of the praise team at Wyoming Methodist Church, and knew then that her passion would always be music ministry. She graduated from the University of Delaware where Ryan and Emily were both part of the praise team at Friendship Baptist Church. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, singing, dancing, and romantic comedies.
Born in Alexandria, VA and raised in Utica, NY, Ryan Jeffries went to school at the University of Delaware, where he met his wife Emily. Ryan played piano and violin through high school and learned guitar in college. Ryan likes the summer, the Phillies, good pizza, and writing music. "We are happy to be a part of the BCWC family and work with the amazing members of the praise team."
Ann Supplee, Organist
Ann Supplee has been organist of the BCWC since 1981. She attended West Chester State College and studied with Miriam Gottlieb. Ann, with her late husband Tom, has 3 adult children and 2 grandsons. “Playing a church pipe organ is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. To God be the glory.”
Anita Uhl, Office Administrator
An interior designer and sales manager from Bucks County, in 1998, Anita relocated to Chester County after her engagement to George Uhl, who was also employed in the furniture industry. They became active with St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Chester Springs, where they were involved with the building and interior design committees during St. Matthew's expansion. In the years that followed, Anita was tapped to serve as Volunteer Coordinator for that congregation. "Then, in 2003, I was looking for part time work, and really searching for something especially meaningful, when I saw the ad for the secretarial position for the BCWC. Though not ever expecting to be hired, I took an on-line course to expand my word processing skills, a requirement for the job. I received the news of being accepted the week before our wedding. So Saturday, October 4, we were married , Sunday, October 5, we went to worship as usual, much to everyone's surprise, and on Monday morning, October 6, I reported for work with the BCWC. I thank God for the blessings this church community has brought to our lives." Anita and George have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren.
